Mission & Goals
Volvo Cars EU Affairs Office in Brussels monitors EU policies and legislation relevant to Volvo Car Corporation's activities. It engages and cooperates with EU institutions and other associations, providing technical expertise. It represents Volvo Car Corporation in European associations and vis-à-vis other stakeholders in Brussels.

The estimated annual costs cover our own activities falling under the scope of the Transparency Register, as well as the part of the membership fees dedicated to advocacy activities of the various associations Volvo Cars belongs to, as well as intermediaries. Volvo Cars is currently participating in several EU funded projects lasting between 3 and up to 7 years. The amounts indicated above are the yearly average for each.
