Mission & Goals
VivaDrive is a Polish technology company offering an AI-based, Big Data-driven analytics platform for mobility and transportation. Its mission is to help businesses adopt and manage electric vehicle fleets, reduce CO₂ emissions, and optimize operating costs. By leveraging machine learning, IoT technologies, and extensive automotive industry expertise, VivaDrive provides advanced analytical tools that enable companies to assess charging infrastructure requirements, calculate investment and operational expenses, and plan effective fleet electrification. Collaboration with partners such as PZU, e.on, and EIT Urban Mobility facilitates successful transport decarbonization in Poland and across Europe. The company continually invests in research and development to remain at the forefront of innovation, while promoting an environmentally responsible approach to mobility.
EU Legislative Interests
VivaDrive is primarily interested in European Union legislation aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions in transport and developing alternative fuels infrastructure. In particular, it closely follows Regulation (EU) 2019/631 on CO₂ emission standards for new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as well as the proposed amendment under the “Fit for 55” package (COM(2021) 556 final), which seeks to tighten emission targets by 2035. Equally important is the proposed Regulation on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure (COM(2021) 559 final), as a widespread charging network is crucial for large-scale electric vehicle adoption across Europe. VivaDrive also monitors Directive (EU) 2019/1161 (the Clean Vehicles Directive), which sets minimum procurement targets for low- and zero-emission vehicles in public procurement, thereby stimulating growth in e-mobility. Moreover, the company keeps a close watch on all legislative initiatives under the European Green Deal that focus on road transport, including measures to expand charging networks and financial mechanisms supporting fleet electrification. This enables VivaDrive to tailor its services to evolving legal frameworks and help clients meet EU requirements on transport decarbonization.
Communication Activities
VivaDrive engages in various communication activities with EU institutions and stakeholders to provide insights on fleet electrification, alternative fuels infrastructure, and the broader decarbonization of road transport. These activities include attending and speaking at conferences, workshops, and panel discussions organized by or involving the European Commission and the European Parliament, where the company shares data and best practices on electric vehicle adoption and infrastructure needs. VivaDrive also participates in public consultations and responds to calls for evidence or feedback on legislative proposals, such as those within the “Fit for 55” package and the Clean Vehicles Directive, offering perspectives based on real-world fleet management experiences.
