Mission & Goals

VIRIDI INVEST DOOEL is a consultancy company operating in North Macedonia specializing in sustainable development and managerial consulting, biowaste management and circulat economy. Aligned with the EU Green Deal and the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, the company successfully implemented a 15-million-euro biogas-facility that processes around 80,000 tons of agricultural waste, generating renewable electricity and high-quality digestate, integrating both energy and nutrient cycles. VIRIDI INVEST led the project from feasibility study and permitting through design coordination, and construction oversight. The company is a key stakeholder in national biowaste management initiatives and established biogas plants association within the Chamber of Commerce of North Macedonia. The company also provides managerial consulting and advisory in circular business models.
