Mission & Goals

-To popularize and promote investment opportunities in the region from the Adriatic to the Black Sea. -To give impulses and, based on research, to point out the necessary joint projects in the region for short, medium and long-term realization and to promote their implementation. Serving as a platform for defining, meeting, and realizing public and private interests related to various regional projects, to become part of a unified Europe. -To strategically collaborate with national, regional, and international media representatives to enhance the visibility of Vienna Economic Forum’s objectives and to foster new economic opportunities for the region. -To take a leading role in promoting, facilitating, and supporting the establishment of Start-Ups in the Region “From the Adriatic to the Black Sea,” thereby strengthening regional economic development as an integral part of the European and global economy.

The founding act of the League was signed by six universities with which VEF has concluded Memoranda of Understanding: Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, the University of Pristina in Kosovo, Moldova State University in Chișinău, Ss.
