Mission & Goals
Vialto Partners is a global professional services company that assists and advises companies in respect of global employee mobility. This includes immigration, tax, social security and expat payroll services, which globally split off from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2022.
EU Legislative Interests
Legislation impacting skilled employee mobility in the EU. Current legislation includes the EU Blue Card Directive, lCT Directive, Seasonal Workers Directive, Single Permit Directive, Posted Workers Directive, Schengen Borders Code, Visa Code, ETIAS Regulation, etc.
Communication Activities
When we were still part of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), we had regular contacts with the Legal Migration unit of the European Commission, sharing insights on practical implementation of EU legislation and market insights from businesses. This was in relation to the legislative and policy measures described in the previous response.

In certain jurisdictions we are required to be members of the bar association. We also have affiliations with a select number of industry groups such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM). We have business alliances with Benivo, Equus, Certino, International SOS, Velocity Global, ihpAnalytics, Neeyamo and SAP Concur.
