Communication Activities
Once we are registered on the EU transparency register, we will be reaching out to Members of the European Parliament and their staff, specifically in the ITRE, IMCO and AFET Committees; as well as European Commission officials in DGs GROW, ENER, CLIMA, TRADE, Commissioners and their members of cabinet, and Member State Representations (PermReps) for meetings to discuss the topics and themes disclosed in our Transparency Register entry. The forms of outreach and the materials we will disseminate will involve e-mails, open letters, phonecalls and the distribution of information materials such as PowerPoint slides or position papers. We have not planned to attend an EP Event, but may consider to do so in the future if these touch upon topics of industrial policy, or energy policy i.e. where relevant.
