Mission & Goals
The VOICE Network is a coalition of more than 30 NGOs and trade unions from producing and consuming countries. We unite voices in a mission to achieve a sustainable cocoa sector. We have demonstrated a unique ability to combine evidence-based advocacy with practical action. Our Core Activities can be ordered into three categories: 1. Informing and coordinating civil society working on sustainable cocoa 2. Ground-breaking research on under-represented topics, and 3. Effective advocacy at global and regional level 4. Building capacity of rightsholders, especially in origin countries.
EU Legislative Interests
Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence regulations, CSRD, FLD, UTP, stepping up action to protect and restore forests, child labour, development, competition law.
