Mission & Goals
Verde Vista Construction sh.p.k is an Albanian construction and development company specializing in luxury villas, high-end resorts, and tourism-focused projects. Our mission is to create sustainable, high-quality, and architecturally distinctive spaces that enhance Albania’s natural beauty and support its tourism and economic growth. We provide full design-build and general contracting services, from concept to completion, with a focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. With 20–40 professionals, including architects, engineers, and craftsmen, we deliver high-value projects aligned with national development goals and regional EU strategies, while maintaining a primarily national and regional focus.

While we are not directly involved in lobbying activities or influencing EU institutions at this stage, our work supports policy objectives that align with the EU’s broader goals in the following areas: EU Green Deal (indirectly, through sustainable construction practices) EU Cohesion Policy and regional development Tourism and cultural heritage initiatives related to economic development in rural and coastal areas Environmental sustainability and climate-resilient infrastructure Should our involvement in EU-affiliated projects or funding mechanisms increase in the future, we will update this section accordingly
