We believe the way we eat — and the policies that shape it — are central to building a just and livable future. Verdante is a mission-driven EU policy consultancy working at the intersection of EU agriculture and food policy, plant-based foods, and sustainable proteins. We support front-running NGOs, progressive food companies, and coalitions that are actively involved in transforming Europe’s food system.
