Mission & Goals
The Association of Farm Meat Processors is a nationwide association. Our aim is to represent the interests of farm butchers and farmers who process and market meat themselves. We provide advice, information and training. A particular concern is to anchor animal welfare in slaughtering more firmly.
EU Legislative Interests
Animal welfare in transport and slaughter / slaughter in holdings of provenance/ artisanal meat processing and adapting the EU-regulations to help artisanal meat processing enterprises to get along in a better way

Our Association it self has no membership in any other organisation oder association
Additional Information
We use the grands of European innovation partnership Programme (EIP AGRI) to promote transfer of knowledge - but we will not be payed before mid of year 2026
