EU Legislative Interests
MANE is engaged in several legislative sectors, particularly: - Registration of natural complex substances (NCS) under the EU REACH Regulation. - Fragrance composition under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. - Flavouring to include EU Flavours Regulation, spice & seasoning under food and labelling regulations. - Chemical regulation related to fragrance and flavours e.g., REACH, CLP. Flavouring regulations e.g., EU 1334/2008. - Spice and seasoning e.g., EU 1169/2011. - Fragrances e.g., EU Cosmetics regulations. All topics in relation with innovation topics/products. All regulation relative to Green Deal associated related to our activity.
Communication Activities
- Chemicals Control Legislations (REACH, CLP, PIC, POP); - Food laws, including food additives regulation, flavouring regulation, any text in relation to spices and seasonings that would not fall under above-mentioned texts. - Cosmetics regulation in relation to the use of fragrances and fragrance substances. - Detergents regulation in relation to the use of fragrances and fragrances substances. - Any text in relation to natural botanical extracts (namely essential oils) when used as food, flavours, fragrance, food supplement, cosmetic, etc. - Green Deal initiatives.
