Mission & Goals

To contribute with private-sector expertise to EU policy discussions on affordable and sustainable housing as an investor and manager in affordable rental housing. Our company’s focus is on fostering investment frameworks that attract long-term institutional capital into rent-regulated and mixed-tenure housing, supporting scalable delivery and energy-efficient renovation while ensuring regulatory transparency and economic feasibility.

EU Legislative Interests

Participation concerns the European Commission Affordable Housing Initiative and related EU frameworks under the European Green Deal, Renovation Wave, and European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan. The focus is on policies improving the supply and financing of affordable, sustainable rental housing through public-private partnerships.

Communication Activities

Expected participation in Commission workshops, stakeholder consultations, and briefings linked to the Affordable Housing Initiative.
