Mission & Goals
Universities Norway (UHR) is the “rectors conference” of Norway, representing all accredited universities and university colleges in Norway (2024: 34 members). UHR is a strategic, cooperative arena for its member institutions on all topics regarding research, innovation and education policies nationally and internationally.
