Mission & Goals
UET Spain-based SME developing and operating a digital marketplace platform that connects consumers with local service providers. The project aims to improve access to everyday services, ensure transparent and fair platform practices, and support labour-market participation and social inclusion, including for migrants and mobile workers, in line with the EU Digital Single Market objectives. The platform integrates data-driven tools and AI-enabled functionalities to enhance matching, trust mechanisms, content moderation and service quality, while ensuring compliance with EU rules on consumer protection, digital services, data protection and non-discrimination. Within the EU policy context, the organisation provides technical, evidence-based and non-partisan input only, including aggregated and anonymised operational insights and practical feedback on the implementation of EU legislation relevant to online platforms, AI governance and data use.

Communication Activities
Our communication activities related to the above EU policies are limited to technical, informational and capacity-building outreach and do not constitute public advocacy or political campaigning. They include: - participation in technical workshops, information sessions and panel discussions focused on digital platforms, labour market access, consumer protection and data protection, addressing the practical application of EU rules on online platforms, AI-supported services, and fair marketplace practices for local service providers and consumers, including migrants; - preparation and dissemination of informational materials, articles, blog posts and explanatory notes describing in clear and accessible language how EU legislation on consumer rights, unfair commercial practices, data protection, platform transparency and AI governance applies to digital service marketplaces; - stakeholder exchanges and knowledge-sharing activities with practitioners, SMEs, local service providers and relevant experts, including the sharing of aggregated and anonymised insights related to platform operation, trust mechanisms and user protection, in the context of consultations, expert meetings or technical discussions where relevant. All communication activities are non-partisan, evidence-based and compliance-oriented, with the sole objective of supporting lawful implementation of EU legislation, responsible use of digital technologies and trustworthy AI practices in online service platforms. We do not engage in political advertising, grassroots mobilisation or opinion-shaping campaigns, do not provide gifts or hospitality, and fully adhere to the Transparency Register Code of Conduct, including meeting-disclosure, ethical standards and data-protection requirements.

The amount declared (below 25,000 EUR) represents an estimate of annual costs exclusively related to activities covered by the Transparency Register for the most recent financial period. These costs correspond to in-house activities (including staff time and related administrative and travel expenses) financed from the company’s own resources. No external public affairs or lobbying service providers were engaged. The figures will be reviewed and updated in accordance with the annual update obligations once a full financial year has been closed.
