UEBT is a non-profit association that promotes sourcing with respect. We support, verify and certify companies’ commitments to innovation and sourcing that contribute to a world in which people and biodiversity thrive. The mission of UEBT is: We work to regenerate nature and secure a better future for people through ethical sourcing of ingredients from biodiversity. The vision of UEBT is: A world in which all people and biodiversity thrive. The Union for Ethical BioTrade is a member-based non-profit association. Our members are companies in the cosmetics pharmaceuticals and food sector. UEBT members commit to gradually ensuring that their sourcing practices promote the conservation of biodiversity, respect traditional knowledge and assure the equitable sharing of benefits all along the supply chain.
