O MADAN PARQUE é um Parque de Ciência e Tecnologia fundado em 1995, sendo o UNINOVA um dos sócios-fundadores, em conjunto com a UNL e autarquias locais. A missão do Madan Parque assenta no papel de interface entre a Academia e as Empresas, através da promoção de projectos empresariais tecnológicos a partir dos conhecimentos e investigação realizada no campus universitário da FCT-UNL. Neste sentido o Madan Parque actua como facilitador e acelerador empresarial, com serviços de incubação de empresas, mentoring, seed capital, apoio à internacionalização, e o exio LAB’s, de suporte I+D+I. A excelência do ecossistema desenvolvido foi reconhecido em 2011 com o prémio de “3rd World Best Science Based Incubator. O MADAN PARQUE oferece uma alta gama de serviços de valor acrescentado, focado na inovação de produtos e serviços, tendo neste ecossistema de inovação local vários atores, sendo particularmente o UNINOVA um dos motores do parque, tanto na criação de spin-offs, a partir dos projectos de investigação que desenvolve, como como suporte tecnológico para as empresas sediadas no Madan Parque, em concreto nas áreas de especialização da Eletrônica e Telecomunicações, TIC & Sistemas de Gestão, Robótica e Produção.

The UNINOVA – Instituto de Desenvolvimento de Novas Tecnologias is a non-profit association, meaning it does not have share capital, a characteristic of commercial companies. Instead, its associative fund is constituted by contributions from its members, distributed as follows: • Universidade Nova de Lisboa; • Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa; • Associação Industrial Portuguesa. - Universidade Nova de Lisboa was founded on the 11th of August 1973 and is a public institution of higher education and is composed by five faculties, three institutes and a school, offering a diversified range of study cycles in all the domains of knowledge. Has the mission to serve society through knowledge, locally and globally, by developing teaching and research of excellence that create significant social and economic value. Has a history of successful participation in mobility and international cooperation programs, leveraged by programs such as Erasmus, especially in countries of the European Union. These mobilities have been reinforced in recent years with the neighboring countries of the European Union, Africa, Latin America and Asia, as well as research and training actions. - Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa is a higher education institution in the field of engineering and technology that dates back to 1852 and it began with the creation of the Industrial Institute of Lisbon, which became the Higher Institute of Engineering of Lisbon in December 1974, and, in October 1988, was integrated into the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon. ISEL distinguishes itself by its commitment to ever-evolving quality education. Priority is given to the practical and experimental teaching component, which provides a more motivating learning experience and a training approach more in tune with the reality that lies beyond academia. Equally striking is ISEL's connection to the business world, apparent in numerous partnerships, both in the sphere of R&D projects and in the very development of our training offer. Ever true to its mission – studying, teaching, researching, and providing services in the Engineering field – ISEL distinguishes itself as a centre of creation, transmission and dissemination of science, technology, and culture, contributing to its quality and innovation. Aware of the world we live in, ISEL finds itself fully committed to set a new structural element: sustainability. - Associação Industrial Portuguesa was founded on the 28th of January of 1873 and is a private non-profit entity, which has the status of a Legal Entity of Public Utility, being at the same time a Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its national scope makes it the largest multi-sector business association in Portugal. Its primary objective is to contribute to the progress of companies and affiliated associations in the technical, economic, commercial, associative, cultural and social fields. In pursuit of these objectives, the aim is to defend the interests of Portuguese companies, boost the Portuguese business community, contribute to strengthening business associations and provide quality services to companies and associates. Today, AIP establishes itself as an institution open to society, which actively participates in the socioeconomic and cultural evolution of the country.
