Mission & Goals
Since its establishment in 2002, the main objective of the UBA has been to strengthen the rule of law in Ukraine, promote protection of human rights, and development of the legal profession. The Association unites 8,000+ members of various legal specialties, has 22 regional branches in and 27 specialized committees. EU Legislative Interests
UBA aims at targeting all Ukraine-related acts, starting from the Association Agreement and the necessary implementation regulations, to bilateral MFA agreements, that in any way concern national policies or practices concerning the functioning of the Ukrainian justice system.
