Mission & Goals

UIF promotes the importance of lifelong learning, focusing on social dynamics and the universality of human interaction. Being adept at interpreting interaction styles and anticipating social cues provides groups, currently needing to enhance their social position, with the opportunity to present themselves as equals across various societal contexts. In this way, we facilitate their participation and contribution to the intricate changes occurring in our living environment. We provide education on bridging the gap between academia and industry, leading toward economic independence, whether through employment or entrepreneurship. As advocates of inclusion in an increasingly diverse society, we place a strong emphasis on raising awareness about bias in the research projects we engage in and the training programs we conduct. Our consulting network spans Europe, with a significant presence in The Netherlands, Scandinavia, and the Mediterranean region.
