Mission & Goals
UMFO’s mission is to represent and advance the collective interests of Croatian pension fund management companies and pension insurance companies, ensuring a stable, transparent, and sustainable pension system aligned with European standards and best practices. The association promotes high professional and ethical principles, strengthens dialogue with regulators and stakeholders, and contributes to the long‑term development and protection of pension fund members. UMFO is also committed to enhancing financial literacy among citizens, supporting informed decision‑making and fostering trust in long‑term savings
