Tuulisalpa IPR kehittää IP-oikeussalkkua, joka mahdollistaisi energia ja puolustushankkeiden yhdistämisen ja rakentamisen EU-itärajalle. Tuulisalpa IPR Oy is a Finnish limited liability Company. The Company seeks to develop IP-rights and further operational projects, where windpower and defence capabilities can be joined to gether especially at the eastern border of the EU. The company is a private company and only drives the interests of the owners of the company, who are Finnish natural persons.

Communication Activities
Company has booked a meeting with two members of the cabinet of the commissionar. We have no further plans to try to influence the commission. Meeting will take place in webex-meeting the 1st of June 2026. We will present our project idea to inform the possibilities for European co-operation.
