Trustly is a Swedish FinTech company driven by the idea that online banking payments and transfers should be fast, simple and secure for businesses and consumers alike by supporting cross-border payments to and from consumers in more than 20 markets in Europe and North America.
EU Legislative Interests
Being a payment service provider Trustly focuses on financial regulatory legislation initiatives with a strong focus on payments and innovation, including the implementation of the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2), the EU Commission strategies on Retail Payments and Digital Finance. Other relevant legislative policy issues include data protection, AML, consumer protection and any other policy issues relevant for Trustly and our clients.

European Third Party Provider Association - ETPPA is the European trade association of bank-independent PSD2 TPPs. It formalises the former Future of European Fintech (FoEF) coalition and represents the TPP interests in the detailed technical and policy discussions on the PSD2 and RTS implementation and future policy discussions impacting the TPP business. https://www.etppa.org/ Swedish FinTech Association - SweFinTech, is an independent, non-profit association for companies and individuals that act within the Swedish Financial Technology area.
