Mission & Goals
TruMerit (formerly CGFNS International) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional standards and workforce development in health and human services globally. As an NGO in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), TruMerit actively engages with international bodies such as World Health Organization (WHO), International Labour Organization (ILO), International Council of Nurses (ICN) and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), contributing expertise to shape policies on workforce mobility, standards, and capacity building. Through its collaborative initiatives, TruMerit works to strengthen global health systems and promote equitable access to skilled professionals worldwide.

Communication Activities
We are planning a convening of EU regulators and international organizations, set for the end of November, to discuss healthcare workforce development. We are also collaborating on an event with the European Specialist Nurses Organisation (ESNO), which will meet with an MEP(s). We plan to do events in the future, bringing to together policy makers, academics, civil society organizations, and industry professionals.
