Regarding the estimate of annual costs declared under heading 14, I would like to clarify that the costs linked to activities covered by the Transparency Register are overall limited and fall within the range of EUR 10,000–25,000 per year. Our involvement is currently restricted to participation in European Commission meetings and related exchanges, as well as reviewing and commenting on draft proposals or related documentation. These activities do not generate significant operational expenses. There are no dedicated office costs, no conference booths, no event organisation expenses, and no travel or accommodation costs associated with interest representation activities. The main cost component is the time spent by Alexandru Dan on these activities (limited hours, not corresponding to a full-time equivalent). In addition, we occasionally engage consultancy services from Decalex SRL for reviewing draft proposals and related documentation, with annual consultancy fees below EUR 10,000. These elements are included in the overall estimate. No other external consultants, memberships, representation services, or indirect operational costs are incurred in relation to these activities. For these reasons, we consider the declared range of EUR 10,000–25,000 to accurately reflect the actual annual expenditure linked to activities covered by the Transparency Register.
