Mission & Goals
TISA is an international association that leads the development of trusted traffic & travel standards and harmonized services for our members to ensure that travel is safe, efficient, and sustainable for everyone, everywhere. It is focused on proactive implementation of traffic and travel information services and products based on existing standards, including primarily RDS-TMC and TPEG technologies.
EU Legislative Interests
We inform and advise DG MOVE on technical, business and societal trends and developments related to traffic and travel information.
Communication Activities
TISA is following the ITS Directive Delegated Act, specifically priority Action A, B and C, and publishing position papers related to these priority actions and other matters to traffic and traveller information. With the support of NAPCORE we are also providing input for Data Quality minimum for RTTI.
