Mission & Goals
Trans Assist Sp. z o.o. koncentruje się na innowacjach w sektorze transportu i logistyki (TSL). Główne cele organizacji obejmują: Usprawnienie procesów logistycznych poprzez cyfryzację dokumentów przewozowych, eliminując potrzebę papierowych wersji dokumentów CMR. Automatyzacja komunikacji dzięki komunikatorowi obsługującemu 24 języki, co minimalizuje błędy i opóźnienia spowodowane barierami językowymi. Zaawansowana nawigacja dostosowana do ograniczeń transportowych, co zapewnia bezpieczne i efektywne planowanie tras. Otwarty weryfikator e-CMR i e-podpisu wspierający zarówno własne, jak i konkurencyjne rozwiązania cyfrowe w transporcie. Wsparcie cyfrowej transformacji sektora TSL, co obejmuje automatyzację i cyfryzację procesów, z korzyścią dla wszystkich uczestników łańcucha dostaw.
EU Legislative Interests
Trans Assist is a company and a platform actively pursues and supports the implementation in national legislation of Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 on electronic freight transport information (eFTI Regulation) issued by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union. Our activities also cover Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 on tachographs in road transport (as amended by Regulation (EU) 2020/1054), by promoting the digitization of transport and data interoperability. Overall, Trans Assist also supports and contributes to the EU's pro-environmental policy by promoting the idea of green transport with digitized transport documents.
Communication Activities
Trans Assist actively takes part in Polish industry working groups, such as those organized by GS1 Polska, to develop and promote standards for the digitalization of transport and logistics documentation. We regularly host webinars and publish educational materials on e-CMR and electronic Freight Transport Information (eFTI) to raise awareness of digital solutions in logistics and support the sector’s transition towards paperless operations. Additionally, Trans Assist presented its digital transport solutions at the TransLogistica trade fair in Warsaw 2022, 2023, 2024, one of Poland’s key logistics events, fostering collaboration with business partners and public sector representatives. Listed activities supports the EU's efforts towards the digitization of transport and is in line with the EU's pro-environmental policy (e.g., the Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy).

The organization currently consists of a team of six people: myself as Project Manager, one Marketing Specialist, one Front-end Developer, one Back-end Developer, and two Application Specialists. We have no related entities.
