Tradeweb is a leading, global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets and is owned by Tradeweb Markets Inc. (listed on Nasdaq: TW). Founded in 1996, Tradeweb provides access to markets, data and analytics, electronic trading, straight-through-processing and reporting for more than 40 products to clients in the institutional, wholesale and retail markets. Tradeweb Europe Limited is authorised and regulated by the UK FCA, as the operator of a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) and under MiFID II now also operates an OTF and APA. In addition to operating an MTF, an OTF and an APA from London, Tradeweb Europe Limited has regulated status in a number of jurisdictions in Asia-Pacific, including as an Automated Trading Services (ATS) operator in Hong Kong, a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) in Singapore. Tradeweb EU B.V is authorised by the AFM in the Netherlands to operate Trading Venues and an Approved Publication Arrangement (APA) from Amsterdam.
