Mission & Goals

traceless materials GmbH is a bioeconomy company that develops and produces innovative natural biomaterials. The biomaterial is based on natural polymers extracted from agricultural plant residues (leftovers of grain processing), using a patented process technology. Our customers are converting companies who further process our material into films, paper coatings or rigid applications, usually to replace virgin plastics in various applications, from single-use packaging to disposable items. We also collaborate with brand owners who are ultimately bringing these products/packaging to market. With our technology, we are one of the frontrunners of the new generation of natural polymer based materials. We aim to contribute to the fight against global plastic pollution, drive clean, climate neutral and circular innovation in industrial value chains and enable the production and use of safe and sustainable product choices.

Additional Information

traceless is a young company in startup / growth stage, with limited resources. For the most recent closed year (01/2024-12/2024), we declare low costs due to the low staff costs (only 0.15 FTEs involved), and consequentially the low share in office and administrative expenses. We have allocated only a small budget for in-house operational expenditure, e.g. we have not spent significant money on campaigns or the like. Our budgets for representation and outsources activities was also relatively low. For membership and related fees, we pay reduced fees for some of the listed organizations, due to the startup stage. For the current financial year (2025), we anticipate higher expenses, as we have commissioned an additional intermediary and are planning to expand our activities step by step. We have informed all intermediaries (see above) to declare us as clients.
