Mission & Goals
TLT PCB aims to strengthen Europe’s electronic manufacturing ecosystem by providing modern, secure and sustainable PCB production capacity within the European Union. Our mission is to support strategic industries such as defence, aerospace, industrial electronics, communication infrastructure and emerging technologies including AI and data centres. We focus on ensuring supply-chain resilience, protecting intellectual property, and reducing Europe’s dependency on third-country PCB imports. The organisation engages with partners, industry associations and policymakers to contribute to discussions on technology sovereignty, critical infrastructure, and the future development of the European PCB and electronics sector. TLT PCB also promotes sustainable manufacturing practices, high-reliability standards, and long-term cooperation with European OEMs, EMS companies and public institutions.
EU Legislative Interests
TLT PCB focuses on EU policies related to strengthening Europe’s electronic manufacturing and supply-chain resilience. Key initiatives include the EU Chips Act and its upcoming revision (“Chips Act 2”), the EU Industrial Strategy, the Critical Raw Materials Act, cybersecurity and supply-chain security legislation, and defence-related industrial policies requiring secure Europe-based electronics production.
