Mission & Goals
TLSContact is a French multinational company 100% owned by the Teleperformance Group. It operates in the consular services sector, managing visa procedures or the legalization of documentation for many European governments or for specific diplomatic representations. TLSContact is therefore interested in following the legislation on visas, asylum, services offered to the public administration and tenders. TLScontact constantly interfaces with the European Institutions regarding Visa policy and operates in many European countries, and beyond, where it manages the visa service for non-EU citizens. TLSContact is a reality that applies with extreme rigor all the procedures regarding the management and storage of personal data in full compliance with the GDPR legislation.
