Mission & Goals

Tineri Ambițioși is a Romanian non-profit organization focused on strengthening the relationship between individuals, work, and community, in a context marked by increasing social fragmentation and lack of meaning. The organization designs and implements educational, community-based, and advocacy initiatives that support young people, educators, and professionals in developing clarity, agency, and sustainable life and work paths. Its core areas of activity include: Education for meaningful work (Muncim cu ROST): developing and piloting educational content and programs for schools, teachers, and students, aimed at supporting the next generation to enter the workforce with discernment, responsibility, and a sense of purpose. These initiatives have already reached tens of thousands of students across Romania. Mental health and wellbeing initiatives: promoting mental health as a key component of individual and organizational sustainability, including training programs such as Mental Hea
