Mission & Goals

Tikehau Capital is a global alternative asset management group. The Group manages directly or indirectly €51.1 billion in assets and has €3.2 billion in equity and mainly expands its Asset Management activity in four business lines: Credit, Real Assets, Capital Markets Strategies (fixed‑income management/ diversified and equities management) and Private Equity. In its investment activity, the Group invests significantly in the funds managed by the Group’s asset management companies. Tikehau Capital is committed to managing the savings entrusted to it by financial institutions, public bodies, private companies and individuals all over the world in a sustainable, efficient and responsible manner. These savings are invested by Tikehau Capital through tailor‑made and innovative business financing solutions for companies with the aim of creating long‑term value.

Absence d'actions de représentation menées par le Groupe Tikehau Capital auprès de la Commission Européenne au 31/12/2025 au titre de l'exercice 2025. Le Groupe Tikehau Capital réalisera pour la première fois des actions de représentation en 2026. L'estimation des coûts annuels liés aux activités couvertes par le registre prennent en particulier en compte les éléments suivants : - Estimation des frais de personnel des personnes concernées rapportés aux ETP dédiés aux activités de lobbying : 266 K€ - Frais de bureau et dépenses administratives rapportés aux ETP dédié aux activités de lobbying : 20 K€ - Cotisations auprès d'associations professionnelles prenant en compte le temps consacré par ces associations à des activités de représentation : 99 K€.
