Thomson Reuters Foundation Europe ("TRFE") is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Ireland, with its registered office at Spaces, Office 313, 77 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Block C, Grand Canal Docklands, Dublin, Co Dublin, D02 VK60. TRFE is a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to promote and support media resilience, responsible business practice, and access to legal information for individuals, communities, and organisations. Thomson Reuters Foundation ("TRF") is a charity registered in England and Wales under charity number 1082139 and a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales under company number 04047905, with its registered office at 5 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AQ. The objects of TRF are exclusively charitable in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We hereby confirm that TRFE is a wholly owned subsidiary of TRF. TRF is the parent entity of TRFE, and TRFE forms part of the Thomson Reuters Foundation group structure. In this capacity, TRF holds full ownership of TRFE, and TRFE operates within the Thomson Reuters Foundation group in furtherance of purposes aligned with those of TRF.
