Mission & Goals
To undertake and promote the development and study of strategic, fundamental and pre-competitive research into all technical aspects of the manufacture of Scotch Whisky and other potable spirits.
EU Legislative Interests
We act as a consultant to Spirits Europe on technical and scientific matters relating to spirit drinks' policies and legislation within Europe.
Communication Activities
Led spirits drinks work package as part of EU Food Integrity project funded under Framework 7.
