Mission & Goals
Established in 2006, the Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) is a global humanitarian organization delivering life-saving assistance. With a focus on development, emergency response, and medical aid—including through the Poland Emergency Medical Team—PCPM has implemented over 186 projects across 28 countries, investing €141 million. Partnering with governments and international organizations, we create lasting change.
EU Legislative Interests
As a humanitarian NGO receiving EU funding, we aim to contribute to shaping the European Union's humanitarian and development policies. We seek representation at the European Humanitarian Forum to advocate for Polish NGOs and influence key EU legislative proposals, such as those addressing refugee crisis management, disaster response mechanisms, and long-term development strategies. Our experience implementing programs like medical assistance for Ukraine provides valuable insights for informing effective EU policies.
Communication Activities
Through our participation in the European Humanitarian Forum, we aim to highlight Poland's commitment to responding to global humanitarian crises, showcase our best practices, and present innovative solutions we have developed.

Member Of
The Poland Emergency Medical Team PCPM which is run and funded by the Polish Centre for International Aid (PCPM) as part of its statutory activities operates at the place of the disaster under the auspices of the World Health Organization (WHO). We are part of the network of EMT's.
