The global recovery of stolen and looted art and antiquities through the provision of a due diligence service to the international art market based upon the operation of a database of artworks subject to some form of claim.

Regulation governing the art market, illicit trafficking and cross border crime, import and export of art works and aml/cft.

Members of the team are members of PAIAM, Blue Shield UK, the Art Lawyers Association. Our General Counsel is regulated by the SRA and our Head of Restitution is regulated by the Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg.
Organisation Members
We are a private company supplying services to the international art market, law enforcement agencies, insurers and the general public. We have customers rather than members or affiliated entities.
Additional Information
Very little of our activities are covered by the Register. One member of staff takes part in the working group affiliated with EC Art Market Participants and about 10% of their time is taken up by this.
