Additional Information
The estimate is based on the pro-rated value of 25% of the founder’s annual working time dedicated to EU-related activities, including participation in consultations, working groups, and the preparation of guidance materials aligned with EU legislation (e.g., ESPR, CSDDD, CSRD). Additional costs include limited travel, event participation, and production of communication materials directly linked to these activities. No intermediaries are used; all activities are conducted directly by the registrant. We work with a range of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations, on sustainability, supply chain transparency and EU regulation compliance. Direct SME clients include GANNI (Copenhagen), Black Pearl (LA), Rat & Boa (UK), and Percival (UK). In addition, we provide consulting to the Anker Research Institute, advising on EU regulatory changes related to wages and human rights. Through this collaboration, we also engage indirectly with ARI’s partner brands such as Adidas, Patagonia, Tiffany & Co., and New Balance. Most clients are SMEs who do not engage directly with EU institutions and are therefore not themselves registered in the Transparency Register.
