Mission & Goals
Finnish Packaging Association does general lobbying for packaging industry, publishes Pakkaus-magazine, organizes training and events for various areas that concern packaging.
EU Legislative Interests
FPA follows everything concerning packaging. Since 2016 especially Circular Economy Package has been closely followed and later also single-use-plastics directive have been very important to us. Currently Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation and Green Claims Directive are closely followed-up by the FPA.

We are mainly active through EUROPEN - The European Organization for Packaging and the Environment
