Mission & Goals
The European Synagogue is committed to contributing to EU policy in the EU Synagogue’s fields of interest; promoting knowledge and expertise on issues of importance to Jewish communities in the EU, enhancing intercultural and interfaith understanding and fostering dialogue among opinion leaders, religious leaders and EU officials.
EU Legislative Interests
For The European Synagogue, issues relating to human rights; including freedom of religion or belief, Anti-Semitism are issues of utmost importance. Following the work of the EC Coordinator on combating Anti-Semitism, and the work of relevant EP committees on questions relevant to the Jewish communities in the EU.
Communication Activities
Ongoing activities including various conferences, projects, events and publications dealing with issues of importance to the Jewish community in the EU.
