Mission & Goals
EUROPEN (the European Organisation for Packaging and the Environment) is a cross-industry organisation representing the packaging value chain in Europe on topics related to packaging, packaging waste and the environment, independent of any specific packaging material, technology or system. EUROPEN strives to improve the environmental performance of packaging and packaged products based on life-cycle thinking, secure the free flow of packaging and packaged goods throughout Europe and promote harmonised European and national packaging and packaging waste laws.
