Mission & Goals
To establish gender equality in all spheres of public life; We manage the largest active domestic violence survivors’ community in Bulgaria, conducts research, lead advocacy through intersectional work and dialogue and with other national and international NGOs. We advocate for policies that promote gender equality for prevention and elimination of discriminatory practices based on gender, ethnic, racial, religious affiliation, cultural, educational, and socio-economic characteristics; to foster social attitudes of tolerance, understanding, and intolerance towards violence; To raise awareness among the public, national and local authorities of the problems of gender-based violence; To contribute to the implementation of European policies in the field of protection and prevention against gender-based violence and to bring best working practices to Bulgaria.

Our coalition "Together against violence" is non-formal and embodies the spirit of the NGO sector to unite and collaborate. It consists of 35+ NGOs which unite around different advocacy campaigns.
