Mission & Goals
The Development Bank for Resilient Prosperity (DBRP) seeks to promote resilient prosperity that is compatible with ecological stability. It does so by supporting integrated investment programmes that generate non-negative comprehensive wealth across multiple forms of capital—produced, natural, human, and societal. DBRP’s financing approach is underpinned by natural capital and is designed to align financial returns with long-term resilience and well-being. Central to its remit is the endogenisation of capacity building to de-risk investments, strengthen institutional and market readiness, and crowd in private sector finance in support of sustainable, nature-positive development outcomes.
