Mission & Goals
The Circle brings together Global Feminists to use their resources, networks and creativity to cultivate long lasting change. Standing shoulder to shoulder, we are engaged in the mighty process of change-making. Through fundraising, advocacy and convening and connecting, our global community support each other on the journey towards a future where there is safety and equality for all women and girls. Since we began we have raised over £2.8m which, through our portfolio of projects, has helped over 160,000 women and girls in more than 16 developing countries. We work through two key methods: a) providing financial support to our project partners globally; and 2) engaging in advocacy work around our two strategic pillars issues of Economic Justice and Ending Violence Against Women and Girls. Currently, the key area of our EU focussed advocacy is our work campaigning for a living wage for garment workers in global supply chains.
