Mission & Goals
The Alliance of Active NGOs in the Field of Child and Family Social Protection (APSCF) is a national network of 70 civil society organizations in Moldova dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights of children and families. APSCF works to strengthen the capacity of its members, advocates for inclusive and quality social and educational services, and actively engages in shaping public policies to ensure a safe, supportive, and equitable environment for all children—especially those most at risk.
EU Legislative Interests
“Enhancing Child Protection and Care Reform in Moldova through EU Accession.” It will provide a platform to discuss the significant progress made in Moldova’s child care reform, as well as the key conditions required for its successful completion. The discussion will also explore how the country can be best supported in finalizing this reform, including through the Reform and Growth Facility for Moldova.
