TEMPLE STUDIOS is building the missing layer of Europe’s cultural infrastructure : Spaces where creativity and real estate align. Across Europe, creators struggle to find spaces that are affordable, well-equipped, and inspiring. Most offers are either overpriced, under-specced, or sterile locker-boxes that lack community. Landlords and investors, meanwhile, want to support culture but are discouraged by the volatility of operating models and the dependence on grants. Cities want cultural anchors that revitalize neighborhoods, yet have few investable vehicles to deliver them. The result is a persistent gap between strong demand for creative infrastructure and investable, asset-backed supply.
