Mission & Goals
TELAGE is a consultancy in the field of telecommunications economics and regulation. TELAGE provides economic, strategic and advisory opinions on the nature of network industries regulation and how it might be managed in the future.
EU Legislative Interests
Anything that affects telecommunications regulation - the most important topics in the pipeline are the Digital Networks Act (which updates the EECC) and the a revision of the Recommendation on Relevant Markets (and others in this domain as they arise). For mobile roaming I will follow updates to Regulation (EU) 2017/920 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 amending Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 as regards rules for wholesale roaming markets. I will continue follow the implementation of the EECC - Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code (Recast)Text with EEA relevance.
