Currently, the company is applying to participate in an EU-supported project in North Macedonia, which may be executed through a local subsidiary. This initiative aims to transform the Popova Šapka ski resort into a leading year-round tourism destination by investing in ski infrastructure, hotels, parking facilities, and summer attractions, with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and local economic development. Any activities conducted through the Macedonian subsidiary will be duly updated in the company’s records as they occur.
