Mission & Goals
The company is primarily an investment holding entity. Its core purpose is the acquisition, holding, and disposal of interests in other companies and enterprises, both domestic and foreign. Currently, the company is applying to participate in an EU-supported project in North Macedonia, which may be executed through a local subsidiary. This initiative aims to transform the Popova Šapka ski resort into a leading year-round tourism destination by investing in ski infrastructure, hotels, parking facilities, and summer attractions, with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and local economic development. Any activities conducted through the Macedonian subsidiary will be duly updated in the company’s records as they occur.
