Mission & Goals
Tanya's Dream Fund, a grant-making initiative, created by Oak Foundation and sheltered by Swiss Philanthropy Foundation, aims to transform the Bulgarian child protection system. Its vision is a society where children grow up in families with necessary support to thrive, where parents and children with lived experience of care are at the centre of the Bulgarian child protection system, policy making, and service delivery. Tanya’s Dream Fund is family-focused, rights-led, inclusive, and dedicated to maximising impact and learning from both success and failure.
