We develop and publish products principally through Rockstar Games, 2K, and Zynga. Our strategy is to create hit entertainment experiences, delivered on every platform relevant to our audience through a variety of sound business models. Digital Fairness Act, Digital Services Act, Digital Content Directive, Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, CSAM Regulation, Digital Markets Act, EU AI Act, GDPR, and associated consumer protection, online safety, competition, and privacy acquis.

We support, and work closely with, our industry trade associations, Video Games Europe and the European Games Developer Federation, when they undertake such activities.
