Mission & Goals
SPARE aims at representing the French refurbished and second-hand electronics industry at a national level, bringing together refurbishers and second-life electronics distributors of all sizes from across France. As the reference professional organization for French companies in the reuse of electrical and electronic products, SPARE unites the industry to strengthen its voice and promote common interests in the circular economy. SPARE's goal is to uphold rigorous quality standards for refurbished electronics, safeguarding end customers’ interests and contributing to a greener, circular economy. The union and its members are committed to guaranteeing a high level of product quality and reliability – through comprehensive functionality testing, clear warranty policies, and certified best practices – to ensure customers enjoy a safe and satisfactory experience when choosing second-hand devices.
