Mission & Goals
Sybilla Technologies, founded in 2011, is a Polish company dedicated to sensor building and tools development for automatic acquisition and analysis of space observations. The company concentrates on orchestrating, scheduling, administering, and sharing the access time and data in the global domain of astronomical observatories’ operation. At peak usage at the end of 2020 Sybilla tasked over 40 sensors in various projects, including operational delivery of data to EU SST consortium, Polish Space Agency, and ESA. The observatories conduct SST, NEO, research, commercial and educational observations. With space being the fifth NATO domain and increased military presence in space, dual use of sensor networks monitoring space becomes an important security asset and a target for malicious digital attacks. The company delivers expert IT projects with focus on bringing high-standard security approach into mainly scientific and research-grade systems.
